The Nation is Looking for Lost Loves According to a Classmates.com 2006 Romance Poll, 50 percent of us would like to be contacted by an old flame, 70 percent of us reflect upon our first love when thinking abut our
love life and 54 percent of us admit we've thought about our high school sweetheart in the past year. Therefore, it should be no surprise that finding lost loves has become an American passion.
A Time Magazine article calls websites "cybersubstitutes for the class reunion." And there's the added benefit of not having to get all dolled up and worry about your looks and weight!
You can find a lost lover or locate a missing girlfriend or boyfriend at website companies like Veromi, where you can find out a person's age, birth date, address and phone number by plugging in their name. However, this site does not give you the ability to directly contact the person once you find him or her. You will have to use the mail or phone and contact the person yourself.
